Founded in 2021, The Bench Productions began with a simple idea: artists, churches, and organizations should not have to compromise between great music and dependable service.
Today, the company supports projects from the first creative conversation through production, staffing, rehearsal, recording, and execution. The goal is straightforward—protect the vision and deliver with excellence.

Wayne Brooks Jr. is a producer, music director, multi-instrumentalist, and musician contractor committed to helping artists, churches, and organizations execute their vision with excellence.
Beyond the music, Wayne is a father and a natural encourager. He is passionate about pushing young musicians—and anyone who needs support—to keep going, grow in confidence, and recognize what they are capable of becoming.
He believes in people who are willing to believe in themselves. That belief shapes how he leads, teaches, produces, and serves: work hard, lead with purpose, and create opportunities for everyone to win.
